Anti-TBX3 Antibody

It is an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form, raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 310-480 of human TBX3 (NP_057653.3). The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with human and mouse samples.

The product is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 79 kDa.
