A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TBX22 is available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples, and is supplied unconjugated.
The preparation is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 58 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human TBX22, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TBX22 protein.
