Anti-TBX19 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against TBX19 (also referred to as Tpit) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 229–448 of human TBX19 (NP_005140.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot specific. It is purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is provided.
