Anti-TBX18 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against TBX18 and supplied in an unconjugated format. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been used in one scientific image. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 170–215 of human TBX18, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TBX18 protein, which migrates at approximately 64 kDa.

The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
