Anti-TBX15/18 (D164) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody (designated TBX15/18 (D164)) is raised against the TBX15 target and is supplied unconjugated. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 131-180 of Human TBX15, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TBX15 and TBX18 protein. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 64 kDa.
