Anti-TBX15 / 18 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and specifically detects endogenous levels of total TBX15 / 18 protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TBX15 / 18, and the antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, the formulation consists of rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is unconjugated and is provided in liquid form, with isotype IgG. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and cross-reacts with both human and mouse samples, making it suitable for translational research on T-box family transcription factors such as TBX15 and the closely related TBX18.
