Anti-TBRG4 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human TBRG4 (Transforming growth factor beta regulator 4; also referenced as CPR2, FASTKD4 and KIAA0948) immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous total TBRG4 protein in research samples. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in a 50 µl volume, prepared in phosphate-buffered saline without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺ (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it should be stored at −20 °C for long-term stability. Verified applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), with validation data shown on HeLa and HepG2 lysates by WB and on HeLa cells by IF. The reagent cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across these species, and it has been validated for the immunological techniques listed above.
