Anti-TBPL2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TATA box-binding protein-like 2 (TBPL2), also known as TBP-like 2, TBP-related factor 3, and TRF3, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human TBPL2. The reagent is supplied at 50 µl with a protein concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for flexible assay design. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), it specifically detects endogenous levels of total TBPL2 protein in human samples and is intended for research use only. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
