TBPL1 (TATA-box binding protein like 1), also known as TLF or TRF2, is a transcription factor that supports RNA polymerase II-driven gene expression through a TCTAAATAA recognition motif rather than the canonical TATA box bound by TBP. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 50 µl aliquots and has been validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications on human and mouse samples, supporting studies of embryogenesis, neural differentiation, chromatin biology, and developmental transcription networks.
Affinity-purified from rabbit host serum, the antibody is offered as part of the Antibodies.com primary antibody range. For best long-term stability, store at -20 °C in single-use working aliquots to minimize freeze-thaw cycles; short-term refrigerated storage at 4 °C is appropriate for an active working aliquot. IgG isotype and unconjugated format allow flexible pairing with secondary detection reagents across immunofluorescence and Western blot workflows.
