Anti-TBP Antibody

This polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets TATA-binding protein (TBP), a roughly 37 kDa general transcription factor that assembles the pre-initiation complex at TATA-box promoters in eukaryotic cells. Because TBP is expressed broadly and constitutively across human tissues, it is commonly deployed as an internal loading reference in western blot normalization alongside other housekeeping proteins.

Supplied as a 200 µL unconjugated aliquot raised in rabbit, the antibody is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FC) applications on human samples.
