Anti-TBLR1 Antibody

This monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TBLR1, also referred to as TBL1XR1, a core component of the nuclear receptor corepressor (NCoR) and SMRT complexes that mediates the exchange of corepressors for coactivators during ligand-dependent transcription. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl of purified mouse immunoglobulin in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer at pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol to support cold storage stability.
