Anti-TBL1Y Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal reagent is raised against TBL1Y (transducin beta-like protein 1, Y-linked) and is supplied as a 100 µL aliquot of purified IgG2b in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody was generated using a recombinant full-length human TBL1Y immunogen of approximately 522 amino acids and is affinity-purified by antigen-affinity chromatography, yielding a product suitable for detection of the predicted ~60 kDa target. It has been validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:1000 and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it shows cross-reactivity across human, mouse, rat and canine samples, making it a versatile option for comparative studies of Y-linked transcriptional regulators.
