Anti-TBK1 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TBK1 (also known as NAK), available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 500-600 of human TBK1/NAK (NP_037386.1) and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a lot-specific concentration.

The antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 84 kDa. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Five scientific validation images are provided.
