Anti-TBCE Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the human TBCE protein, this unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent is supplied as 100 µl of ready-to-use stock for western blot detection. TBCE encodes tubulin-specific chaperone E, a cytosolic factor required for proper α/β-tubulin heterodimer assembly, and loss-of-function variants are linked to hypoparathyroidism–retardation–dysmorphism syndrome and Kenny–Caffey syndrome type 1, making the antigen of interest in studies of microtubule biogenesis and endocrine-related developmental disorders.

The antibody from Antibodies.com is affinity-purified, recognizes an epitope within the human TBCE sequence, and has been validated for western blot on lysates of human origin. Provided unconjugated in a single vial, the reagent should be stored refrigerated and protected from light in single-use aliquots to preserve IgG activity across repeat blots. It is compatible with standard HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies, allowing the same primary to be redeployed across chemiluminescent, colorimetric, and fluorescence imaging workflows.
