Anti-TBC1D4 (phospho T642) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised against TBC1D4 (also known as AS160) and specific for the phosphorylation mark at Threonine 642. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot applications on human and mouse samples.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around T642 of human TBC1D4. The reported molecular weight of the target is 160 kDa.
