Anti-TBC1D4 (phospho-T642) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against TBC1D4 phosphorylated at threonine 642. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and the IgG antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human TBC1D4 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 642, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TBC1D4 only when phosphorylated at Thr642, with a target molecular weight of ~ 160 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples.
