Anti-TB 38Kd Antigen Antibody [C11B10]

Manufactured for Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this C11B10 clone is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a raised against the 38 kDa antigen of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, cloned from the virulent H37Rv strain. Supplied as 500 µg of lyophilised, affinity-purified Ig fraction in 0.01 M PBS (pH 7.0) without preservatives, the reagent is unconjugated and Protein G-purified; it is reconstituted with double-distilled water to a working concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL. Validated applications include ELISA, where the antibody is reactive to the recombinant immunogen, and Western blot, where a band corresponding to the 38 kDa antigen is detected.
