Anti-TAX1BP3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TAX1BP3 (also referred to as TIP-1), supplied unconjugated as an IgG reagent by Antibodies.com for use in Western blot applications. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-124 of human TAX1BP3 (NP_055419.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Reactivity is reported with Human and Mouse samples, and the antibody is additionally listed as reactive with Rat. The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The target protein TAX1BP3 has a molecular weight of 14 kDa and is encoded on chromosome 17; it is described as Tax1 binding protein 3, an intracellular protein reported to localise to nucleolar fibrillar centres, vesicles, and actin filaments. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
