Anti-Tau (phospho T231) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Tau phosphorylated at Thr231 (C0, S1). It is supplied unconjugated in IgG format and validated for Western blot and ELISA use, with immunohistochemistry also listed as an application (S1, C0). Reactivity is reported with mouse and rat samples (S1, C0), and additionally with human samples (C0). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to human Tau phosphorylated at T231 (S1).

The antibody is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300, and has been purified by affinity methods (S1). An observed molecular weight of 50-70 kDa is reported, with a predicted molecular weight of 79 kDa for the Tau target (S1).
