Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against TAT (E304). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 270-320 of Human TAT. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
TAT (E304) pAb detects endogenous levels of TAT protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa.
