Anti-TAT Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a polyclonal antiserum raised in rabbit against a recombinant human TAT immunogen, designed to detect endogenous levels of total tyrosine aminotransferase (also known as L-tyrosine:2-oxoglutarate aminotransferase). The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at neutral pH 7.4, and is available in 50 µL and 100 µL vial sizes. It is validated for Western blotting and demonstrates reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting broad cross-species use in basic and translational research. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For convenience, a 50 µL trial size is offered in addition to the standard 100 µL pack, allowing laboratories to validate performance before scaling up.
