Anti-TAS2R10 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TAS2R10 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot applications. It is raised in rabbit and reacts with mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human TAS2R10 (NP_076410.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.
