From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TAS1R3 (also known as T1R3). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. The antibody has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 93 kDa.

The immunogen used to generate this antibody was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 400–570 of human TAS1R3 (NP_689414.1). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:1,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
