Anti-TARDBP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TARDBP (also known as TDP-43), supplied by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human TDP-43/TARDB (NP_031401.1). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Listed applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and RNA immunoprecipitation, with manufacturer-recommended dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000, IP 1:50–1:100 and RIP 1:20–1:50.

The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
