Anti-TARBP2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal IgG preparation, this Antibodies.com antibody targets TRBP, also known as TARBP2. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-366 of human TARBP2 (NP_599150.1), and the reagent is affinity purified with a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa.

It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. For research use only.
