Anti-TAPBP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against TAPBP (also referred to as TPN). It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. The target has a molecular weight of 48 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 30-260 of human TAPBP (accession NP_757345.2). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:100, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:100. The antibody is unconjugated, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
