The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 450–686 of human TAP2 (NP_001276972.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The reported molecular weight is 75 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The target protein TAP2 shows low tissue specificity and localises to nuclear speckles and the endoplasmic reticulum.
