Anti-TAP2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TAP2, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, including ICC/IF.

The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of TAP2 protein. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human TAP2 and the reagent is of the IgG isotype. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific chromatography, the antibody is reported at > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE and recognises a target band of approximately 72 kDa. Three scientific validation images are available.
