Anti-TAP1 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 524–808 of human TAP1 (NP_000584.2). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 68 kDa. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is indicated. It is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
