Anti-TAP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the TAP transporter and is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of an unconjugated, antigen-affinity purified preparation. The host species is Rabbit and the antibody is of polyclonal clonality, raised against a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 121 of human TAP, which makes it suitable for work on Human samples. Bench-validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF). For WB, a representative dataset is shown with 30 µg of whole-cell lysate from HeLa and Molt-4 cells separated on a 7.5% SDS-PAGE gel, with the primary antibody used at a 1:1000 dilution; IHC staining is demonstrated on paraffin-embedded NCIN87 xenograft tissue at 1:100, and IF on paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa cells at 1:200, giving users reliable starting dilutions. The product is formulated in 1X PBS with 10% glycerol (pH 7.0) and preserved with 0.01% thimerosal, and should be stored at –20 °C for long-term preservation (recommended) or at 4 °C for short-term use.
