Anti-TANK (F194) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against the TANK target and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications. It is supplied unconjugated and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 160–203 of human TANK, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of TANK protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa.
