Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against TANK (TRAF-associated NF-κB activator) and is validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The immunogen is a recombinant human TANK protein, and the antibody has been affinity-purified using that immunogen to enrich for target-specific immunoglobulins. Supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a ready-to-use format, it is presented in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The product is offered here in the 50 µl pack size and detects the endogenous total TANK protein in human, mouse and rat samples, making it a broadly reactive tool across the most common laboratory species. As a polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit, the antiserum contains a population of antibodies directed against multiple epitopes on TANK, which can be advantageous when recognising both native and denatured forms of the target. Standard short-term storage at 4 °C is acceptable for working aliquots, while long-term stability is maintained at −20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles of the glycerol-containing formulation. Intended strictly for research applications, this antibody is suitable for investigators characterising NF-κB signalling pathways, TRAF complex assembly, and downstream innate-immune or stress-response mechanisms in cell lysates and tissue sections.
