Anti-Talin-1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Talin-1 is offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. Unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Talin-1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the Talin-1 protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

Supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
