Anti-TAL1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets TAL1, the T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia 1 protein (also called SCL), a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor essential for early hematopoiesis and vascular development. Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG, the reagent is validated for Western blot detection of the human TAL1 protein. Aberrant TAL1 expression driven by chromosomal rearrangements at 1p33 is a recurrent feature of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, so reliable immunological detection supports leukemia research, studies of erythroid and megakaryocytic differentiation, and investigations into hematopoietic stem cell fate decisions.
