Anti-TAL1 (Acetyl-K221/K222) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody detects TAL1 when acetylated at Lys221 and Lys222. The immunogen is a synthetic acetylated peptide derived from human TAL1 around the acetylation site of K221/K222 [S1]. The reagent also recognises TAL2 protein when acetylated at Lys36 and Lys37 [S1].

The unconjugated antibody is validated for WB and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples [C0, S1]. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3 [C0, S1].

Specificity is restricted to endogenous levels of TAL1 only when acetylated at Lys221 and Lys222 [S1]. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE [S1]. The indicated molecular weight is approximately 34 kDa [S1].
