A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Tak1 (D181), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for IHC applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 151-200 of Human Tak1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Tak1 protein. The observed molecular weight is approximately 70 and 82 kDa.
The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). It is validated for IHC and is supplied with 1 scientific validation image.
