Anti-TAGLN Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TAGLN (Transgelin). The unconjugated IgG reagent is produced in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–201 of human Transgelin (TAGLN) (NP_001001522.1). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight of the target is 23 kDa.

Recommended applications include Western blot at 1:100–1:500 and immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
