Anti-TAGLN Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against recombinant human transgelin (TAGLN) and is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is shipped at 4 °C for short-term transit; for long-term stability, aliquots should be stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and detects the endogenous ~22 kDa TAGLN protein in samples from human, mouse and rat, enabling broad cross-species coverage in smooth-muscle and cytoskeletal research. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen, ensuring high specificity for total cellular TAGLN.
