Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal primary antibody recognizes Transgelin (TAGLN), a 22 kDa actin-binding protein that organizes the cytoskeleton of smooth muscle cells and fibroblasts. Validated by Antibodies.com for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples, the unconjugated reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot and supports experiments tracking smooth muscle differentiation, cytoskeletal remodeling, or the loss of TAGLN expression reported in several tumor-suppressor studies.
