The Antibodies.com catalogue lists this reagent as a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TAGLN. The unconjugated antibody is validated for WB and IHC and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol, and the immunogen is recombinant full length Human TAGLN.
The polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of TAGLN protein, a target with a molecular weight of ~ 23 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
