TAGAP (T-cell activation RhoGTPase activating protein) is a RhoGAP family member that modulates cytoskeletal dynamics downstream of TCR signaling and has been mapped to autoimmune susceptibility loci. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com provides a specific detection reagent for the protein, supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH approximately 7.3, with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative.
Validated for Western blot application, the unconjugated antibody recognizes the target across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative studies in T-cell biology, immune cell signaling, and autoimmune disease research. Store the vial refrigerated and protect from light to preserve activity; aliquot upon first use if extended storage is planned and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
