Anti-TAF1C Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes TAF1C, a core subunit of the selectivity factor 1 (SL1) complex that recruits RNA Polymerase I to ribosomal DNA promoters and drives transcription of 45S pre-rRNA in the nucleolus. Supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. Each vial contains 100 µl, suitable for detection of endogenous TAF1C in chromatin and nuclear extract preparations.
