TAF11 is a subunit of the TFIID transcription factor complex that partners with TBP to recruit RNA polymerase II machinery during transcription initiation. This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against TAF11 and validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows. The unconjugated reagent is provided in a 200 µl volume and is reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of transcriptional regulation, chromatin remodeling, and general transcription factor function. Researchers studying TFIID assembly, cofactor interactions, or the role of TAF11 in pre-initiation complex formation can apply the antibody to whole-cell lysates for band detection by immunoblotting or to fixed cells for subcellular localization analysis by immunofluorescence. Aliquot upon arrival and store refrigerated to preserve reagent stability across repeated experiments.
