TAF10 (TATA-box binding protein associated factor 10) is a subunit of the TFIID and TFIIA transcription complexes that mediates RNA polymerase II recruitment to core promoters. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com detects endogenous TAF10 in human and mouse samples, supporting western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows in studies of transcriptional regulation, stem cell maintenance, and apoptosis signaling.
Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum, the antibody is suited to chromatin and nuclear extract analyses as well as tissue-section localization in development and oncology models.
