Anti-Taf10 Antibody

Taf10 is a histone fold-containing protein that contributes to TFIID complex assembly and stability, and functions in RNA polymerase II-mediated transcription initiation in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in a 100 µl vial and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous Taf10 protein in yeast whole-cell extracts.
