Anti-TAF I p48 (R318) Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TAF I p48. The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280-336 of Human TAF I p48, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of TAF I p48 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 53 kDa.
