TADA3L (Transcriptional Adapter 3-Like, also referenced as ADA3) is a subunit of the STAGA and ATAC chromatin-modifying complexes, where it supports GCN5/PCAF-mediated histone acetylation and contributes to transcription factor assembly at target promoters. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is provided as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, supplied as 100 µl per vial.

Validated applications include Western blot for protein detection across human, mouse, and rat samples, and immunohistochemistry on fixed tissue sections, supporting studies of chromatin acetylation, coactivator function, and DNA damage response pathways in which TADA3L has documented roles. The antibody is offered for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

Store at -20°C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the glycerol-containing formulation; brief storage at 4°C is acceptable during active use. Protect from light and handle using standard laboratory precautions for sodium azide-containing reagents. Performance has been confirmed in chromatin and transcription-factor research workflows that examine coactivator recruitment and histone modification patterns.
