Anti-TACR3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TACR3 (also referred to as Neurokinin B Receptor) supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 356–465 of human TACR3 (NP_001050.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), this antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reported molecular weight of the target is 52 kDa, and a suggested Western blot working dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
