Sourced from Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human TACC3 (transforming acidic coiled-coil-containing protein 3), and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the total TACC3 protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a ready-to-use liquid format consisting of Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. It is unconjugated and recommended for western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence workflows. Validated reactivity covers both human and mouse samples, making it a useful tool for cell-biology and cancer-research laboratories studying mitotic spindle organisation and centrosome function. As an affinity-purified polyclonal preparation, the antibody is generated by epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum to maximise specificity. The product is shipped from the Antibodies.com European hub in Stockholm, with a typical lead time of 5–8 business days, and is intended strictly for research applications and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. For best results, users should titrate the antibody for each individual application and consult the accompanying datasheet for recommended dilutions in WB, IHC, and ICC/IF protocols.
