Anti-TAC3 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TAC3 (also known as NKB), supplied as a liquid reagent in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–121 of human TAC3 (NP_037383.1). It has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent was purified by affinity purification, with a reported target molecular weight of 16 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
